Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible and companion seating is available at both venues and can be purchased through AXS, at the box office, or by contacting the box office for assistance. Accessible seating is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests who need aisle seating, seats without steps, or transfer seating should contact the box office in advance so we can accommodate your request.
Assistive Listening Devices
Complimentary assistive listening devices are available at the Peabody Auditorium. Devices may be requested from house management or the box office on the night of the event; a photo ID is required as a deposit and is returned with the device.
ASL Interpretation
American Sign Language interpretation can be arranged for events with advance notice. Please submit requests at least two weeks prior to the performance by calling 386-671-3472 so we can coordinate with the promoter.
Accessible Parking & Entrances
Accessible parking is available in all nearby lots and garages; parking attendants can direct you to the closest available spaces. Both venues offer step-free entrances, and staff are available at the doors to assist guests on arrival.
Restrooms & First Aid
Accessible restrooms are available at both venues. First aid and event staff are on site for all ticketed events — notify the nearest usher or staff member if you need assistance.
Service Animals
Trained service animals are welcome at both venues. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times and may not occupy a seat.
