AXS Mobile ID
AXS is the official ticketing partner for the City of Daytona Beach's Arts and Entertainment venues. Tickets are delivered through AXS Mobile ID, a secure digital ticket that lives in the AXS app.
What is AXS Mobile ID?
AXS Mobile ID is a secure digital ticket with a rotating barcode that refreshes automatically. It protects against fraudulent and counterfeit tickets, and cannot be printed or screenshotted for entry.
How do I get my tickets?
- Download the free AXS app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the email address used to purchase your tickets.
- Open “My Events” and select your event to view your tickets.
- Add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when available.
Can I transfer or sell my tickets?
Yes. AXS Mobile ID tickets can be transferred to friends and family through the AXS app, and eligible events allow resale on the official AXS Marketplace.
Do I need cell service to get in?
We recommend downloading your tickets to your phone's wallet before you arrive. If you have trouble at the door, visit the box office and our staff will assist you.
